Michigan Wide Receiver Suspended Indefinitely After Violent Attack

University of Michigan wide receiver Csont’e York was suspended indefinitely earlier this month for “failing to meet team standards.” Apparently the team standard is to not violently blindside another person with a haymaker. York, who can be seen in the video below wearing a fishing hat, was apparently upset after the victim bumped into York at a bar. According to police reports, the victim and York were “jaw jacking” back and forth about if hockey is better than football. Read more »

Former Outfielder Milton Bradley Charged With Assault

Milton Bradley, the former All-Star outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Seattle Mariners could face up to 13 years in prison after being charged with assaulting his estranged wife.

Bradley, 34, who had a career batting average of .271, and a career high batting average of .328 in 2008, was charged on Thursday with 13 misdemeanor counts of assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and dissuading a witness from making a report, according to

wedge-and-bradley Prosecutors claim that the center fielder attacked his wife five times in 2011 and 2012. Bradley was arrested twice in 2011 for assaulting his wife. In one attack, Bradley allegedly choked his wife after she asked Bradley to stop smoking marijuana in front of her children. Prosecutors have stated that Bradley threatened his wife with a baseball bat and a knife, threatening, “You’ll be dead b—- before you divorce me.”

Bradley’s attorney, Harland Braun responded to the charges, “My client denies it, I’ve talked to him already. He said, ‘She’s making up stories. I don’t know what she’s talking about.'”
