Former NFL WR Chad Johnson Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail

by Sam Ranard

Chad Johnson, formerly known as Chad OchoCinco, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation. The six-time NFL All-Star was requesting community service and anger management classes as a plea agreement. However, Johnson’s luck took a turn for the worse. The judge asked Johnson if he was pleased with his attorney, Adam Swickle. Johnson responded by slapping Swickle on the butt, which drew laughter from the onlookers. The judge was not pleased. She criticized Johnson for his behavior, gave him 30-days in jail and added three months to his probation.

Johnson responded by tweeting, “Love me through the good and the bad because I’m gone love you regardless… See you in 30.”
